By accessing or using the Jim's Motor Clinic website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.

2. Services

Jim's Motor Clinic provides automotive servicing and repair services including but not limited to car servicing, MOT testing, brake and tyre work, engine diagnostics, and electrical repairs. The specific terms of any booking will be confirmed in writing prior to work commencing.

3. Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Jim's Motor Clinic and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction or use of any content from this site is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jim's Motor Clinic shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the other party's proprietary information and not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your individual service agreement. Generally, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.

7. Termination

Either party may cancel a booked service with reasonable notice. You are responsible for payment of any work already completed at the point of cancellation. Jim's Motor Clinic reserves the right to refuse service in cases of non-payment or abusive conduct.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
